Available through Sage Source, My Workforce Analyzer is an add-on for Sage HRMS that tracks and analyzes your HR data to help you make informed decisions regarding employee healthcare and ACA requirements.
This unique tool works by monitoring your employee hours to help you determine if you qualify as a large employer, and what your obligations are under the ACA.
Interactive dashboards allow you to determine coverage affordability, evaluate the “pay-or-play” decision, and examine employee time to monitor and manage part-time and full-time eligibility.
